Abstract
Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is an infection caused by dengue virus. It should be considered in the management of dengue which is about the level of knowledge of the client, due to the high level of knowledge, the higher the client's health status. Objective: To describe nursing care of fulfilling the ineterference in meeting the needs of learning Ny. E in the Cempaka Hospital Dr. Sudirman Kebumen. Discussion: The main nursing diagnosis was deficiency of knowledge. The intervention and implementation done to solve the problem were performing conduct health education on dengue to use method audio viasual which works to improve the client's knowledge about dengue. provide health education about dengue with audio visual carried out based on the assessment that has been done in Ny. E that the client did not know the travel process challenge dengue and the research has been done on the client with the problem of deficiency of knowledge. Results: The evaluation showed that showed that after health education to use method audio visual that Ny. E already know about the illness suffered by the client. Conclusions: That has been proven to be actions taken that give health education on dengue with audio visual can increase the client's knowledge.
