Abstract
Background: The impact of SC (section caesarean) surgery causes pain to the mother, the client feels afraid and anxious to move, the client tends to just lie down, maintain a stiff whole body and ignore the surgical area, causing joint stiffness, poor posture, muscle contractures. Surgery will result in a decrease in interference with patient mobilization, therefore mobilization is an important activity in the postoperative SC period to prevent complication. Objective: Describing the results of nursing care for the application of early mobilization in post section caesarean patients with spinal anesthesia at Panti Waluyo Hospital, Purworejo. Methods: This type of research was case study with 5 post-SC patients under spinal anesthesia. The presentation of the data carried out in research writing uses the presentation in the form of narration and tables. Documentation presented in the form of nursing care to draw conclusions based on subjective and objective data. The results: The results of the nursing evaluation at K1, K2, K3, K4 and K5, showed that the problem of constipation associated with physical activity was less than the recommended one. At K1, K2, K3, K4 and K5 after successful mobilization to overcome constipation, defecation can be defecated, stools are soft, there is no abdominal distension and smooth flatus. Conclusion: There was a decrease in signs of constipation symptoms before and after the innovation of early mobilization in CS delivery clients who were constipated.
