Abstract

Background: Depression is a problem that often arises in patients with terminal illnesses including breast cancer. Giving spiritual methods is one way that can be used to reduce a person's level of depression. General Objectives: Explain nursing care to depressed patients through the effectiveness of the spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT) method. Method : This research Method of Nursing care, instrument singn and symtoms, and SEFT method given to the patien 20 – 30 minuts. Results: After done Nursing Care shoul Psychososial and combination SEFT method there was a decrease the level of depression experienced by breast cancer patients. Based on BDI scores, patients 1 from 20 to 12, patients 2 from 35 to 23, patients 3 from 10 to 6, patients 3 from25 to 14, and patients 5 from 11 to 8. Recommendation: nurses are expected to be able to apply SEFT therapy to reduce the level of depression experienced by breast cancer patients
