Abstract

Background : Typoid Abdominalis is an acute infectious disease in the small intestine caused by Salmonella Typhosa. Indonesia Health profile, Fever Typoid ranked 3 of 10 common diseases of the patients hospitalized in the Hospital. In 2019, the death rate reached 274 of the total cases 41.081. Nursing problems that often arise in cases of Fever Typoid is hipertermi. Hipertermi is an increase in body temperature above the normal range. To lower the body temperature in children with fever typoid can be done by providing compress aloevera on the child. Objective : To analyze the Nursing care of the Child Fever Typoid with Hipertermi in the Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Method: This research Type is quantitative research. The method used is descriptive method that will determine the variable description. A sample of 5 respondents. Results : After innovation nursing action compresses aloevera, on the client with a fever typoid for 10 minutes, the temperature of the body of the client down. Client 1 had a decrease in body temperature from 37,90 C be 36,9 0 C. Client 2 decreased the body temperature of 38.0 a 0 C be 36,7 0 C. Client 3 decreased the body temperature of 38.5 0 C to 36,5 0 C. Client 4 of declines in body temperature from 38.1 0 C to 37.2 0 C. Client 5 decreased the body temperature of 38.6 to 0 C to 36.7 0 C. Conclusion : the Evaluation of nursing on the Client 1, Kien 2, Client 3, Client 4 Client and 5 show the problem keperaatan resolved indicated by a decrease in body temperature that is below the target of 37,2 0 C.
