Abstract
Background: Fractures in Indonesia are the third largest cause of death under coronary heart disease and tuberculosis. In Indonesia, the incidence of fractures reaches a prevalence of 5.5%. The prevalence of fractures affecting the lower extremities is most often caused by traffic accidents, which is around 46.2% of 45,987 people. The dominant nursing problem that arises in fracture cases is pain, especially postoperative pain. Therapy to reduce pain is by playing sounds that come from the Qur'an. Asmaul Husna. Objective: To analyze acute pain nursing care with the application of Asmaul Husna dhikr therapy in postoperative fracture patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gombong. Methods: This scientific paper uses a descriptive case study design. The case study subjects were 5 postoperative fracture patients, who experienced pain problems. Collecting data using observation, interview and documentation studies. Results: From the five patients after being given the therapy of dhikr asmaul husna in postoperative fracture patients, it was found that the patient's pain data decreased from moderate pain to mild pain. Conclusion: Innovative action of dhikr Asmaul Husna therapy is effective in reducing the pain level of postoperative fracture patients.
