Abstract

Background, the evaluation of 10T implementation has not been carried out in antenatal services in Community Health Center Kebumen 1, Kebumen Regency. The purpose of the study to know about the implementation of body weight, measure height, blood pressure, nutritional status, height of the uterine fund, determine fetal presentation, and calculate fetal heart rate (FHR), screening for TT immunization status, administration of iron tablets, laboratory testing, case management, speech /counseling. The research method, quantitative descriptive with a survey approach with research subjects as third trimester pregnant women in Community Health Center Kebumen I, in accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 102 people, research instruments on maternal and child health books (MCH), no validity and reliability tests, only see the recording of 10T in MCH book. The results of the study, respondents received Weigh body services, and height measurements (T1) 100 (98%), respondents received blood pressure measurement services (T2) 97 (95%), respondents received nutrition status services (T3) 97 (95%) , respondents received high fundus uteri measurement services (T4) 99 (97%), respondents received fetal presentation services and fetal heart rate (FHR)counting (T5) 101 (99%), respondents received TT immunization services (T6) 102 (100%) , respondents received giving iron tablets services (T7) 83 (81.3%), respondents received Laboratory tests services (T8) 99 (97%), respondents received case management services (T9) 102 (100%), respondents received Gathering speech / counseling services 102 (100%). In conclusion, the implementation of 10T in antenatal services in Community Health Center Kebumen I, has not been carried out according to standard. Respondents received TT immunization services (T6), Case management (T9) and Interview (T10) 102 respondents (100%), and respondents received the lowest service of iron tablets (T7) 83 respondents (81.3%). Recommendations, the evaluation of 10T implementation in antenatal service needs to be improved in documentation.
