Abstract

Ineffective cleanliness the airway on an asthmatic patient was the main problem that were always percolating, because generally those patients complain about the shortness and cough. The purpose of this case study is to hold the care of nursing academies in an asthmatic patient to the issue of the way of the breath, cleanliness ineffective. The methodology that was used is the method case study, narrative with the approach. The subject in this case study of a patient suffering from asthma is 2 with the main problem the way of the breath cleanliness ineffective. Data collection technique covering interview, observation, physical examination and study documentation. The results of a case study on the stage for the assessment known that patients 1 and 2 patients has a complaint asphyxiate, cough up phlegm. To the examination of physical patients 1 and 2 patients found the sound of the breath wheezhing. The result the diagnoses nursing set is the way of the breath cleanliness ineffective. Intervention nursing used for patients 1 and 2 is patients NOC airway patency NIC respiratory and monitoring. The conclusion from the care of nursing of patient suffering from asthma to the issue of cleanliness ineffective the way of the breath on a patient 1 and 2 remain an unsolved problem in part.
