Abstract
Background problem scientific paper is based on data obtained from various sources of literature that states the fulfillment of the activity / exercise: mobilization The general objective of writing a scientific paper that provides an overview of nursing care fulfillment activity / exercise: mobilization in clients with stroke Nursing problems that arise are physical mobility disorders with limb weakness, especially leg muscle strength on the bottom 3/3 2/2 and GCS E4 M5 V3 . The main objective to be achieved in the diagnosis of disorders that show the physical mobility client outcomes increase in physical activity, understand the purpose of improvement of physical mobility, verbalize feelings in improving the strength and ability to move.Measures planned in treating physical mobility, namely management ambulation. The action taken, measure vital signs, consultation with a physical therapist about ambulansi plan, mobilization aids clients and ADLs, teach motion exercises ROM, pharmacological and nonpharmacological drug collaboration, practice bedrest. Evaluations conducted over three days, the client says is still experiencing limb weakness, muscle strength on the bottom 3/3 2/2, GCS E4 M5 V3, the blood pressure of 160/102 mm Hg, pulse 76 x / min, RR 20 x / min, 36oC temperature. Physical mobility interference problem is resolved in part. Discharge planning ROM exercises and teach bedrest.
