Abstract
Background: Hallucinations are distorted perceptions of maladaptive neurobiologists. The patient will actually see and react to actual sensory distortions. It is estimated that 90% of people with mental disorders have various types of hallucinations, but most will experience auditory hallucinations. Objectives: Analyzing the results of a case study in patients with situational low self– esteem using positive affirmation therapy in Chronic Kidney Disease patients. Disease at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital Method: This method explained the application of individual sp1 therapy and music therapy in patients who experience auditory hallucinations. Results: The results of the evaluation of the ability to perform nursing actions showed that there was an increase in the ability of patients before and after nursing actions (SP1) and music therapy in the Nusa Indah room was the highest in patients P3, P4 and P5 with scores before being given nursing actions (SP1) and music therapy of 2 ( 40%) namely Low and after being given nursing actions (SP1) and music therapy by 5 (100%) namely High with an increase in score of 3 (60%). Conclusion: A case study on patients with auditory hallucinations with action (SP1) and music therapy in the Nusa Indah room at Prembun Hospital, it can be concluded that auditory hallucinations patients experienced decreased signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations and increased ability to perform (SP1) and music therapy. Recommendation: Mental patients who experience sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations.
