Abstract
Background: During the Corona Virus (Covid-19) pandemic, it is very important for the community. COVID-19 has been declared a global pandemic status by the WHO (World Health Organization). Based on statistical data in Indonesia there were around 622.000 cases of December 23th, 2020 of which 521.000 client cases have recovered and 19.655 client cases died. One of the causes of the increase in cases of this pandemic is the lack of public awareness in implementing health protocols in their environment. One of them is carrying out 3M activities. Purpose: The purpose of this scientific works is to understand and explore family nursing care with nursing problems of non-compliance with the application of health protocols in Kubang Hamlet, Majenang Sub-district, Cilacap Regency. Intervention: is carried out by carrying out health education actions related to the implementation of health protocols. It is hoped that by carrying out these interventions, optimal evaluation results are obtained. Result:This scientific work can be input for clients and nurses in complying with health protocols so that the number of COVID-19 is reduce.The results of this study showed that 61.6% did not comply and 38.4 complied. Then health education on health protocols resulted in an increase in compliance, namely up to 40% of the clients wanted to eat masks, wash their hands properly and keep their distance
