Abstract
Background: One of the management of diabetes mellitus is exercise (physical activity). Exercise (physical activity) can directly improve physiological function by reducing blood glucose levels. One of the types of physical activity that is beneficial for DM patients is Buerger Allen exercise. In addition to Buerger Allen exercise, murotal Qur'an can also be used to stabilize blood glucose levels to reduce the occurrence of vascular and neuropathic complications. Objective: to explain nursing care application of a combination of buerger allen exercise and Murottal Al-Quran in patients with diabetes mellitus with ineffective peripheral perfusion in RSUD dr. Sudirman Kebumen. Methods: The research method is descriptive with a case study approach. The case study subjects that will be studied are 5 patients. The tools in this study were the nursing care format, Nursing Kit, SOP combination of buerger allen exercise and murottal al-quran and the format for assessing signs and symptoms of ineffective peripheral perfusion. Presentation of data that the author does by drawing conclusions based on subjective and objective data, which is presented in the documentation method and nursing care resume Results: The results of the study showed that the five patients had the same main complaint as weak body, often feeling numb in the legs, feeling sore and sore feet. Priority nursing diagnosis in Patients I-V is ineffective peripheral perfusion. The nursing interventions performed were Circulation Care (I.02079), Peripheral Sensation Management (I.06195) and a combination of buerger allen exercise and Murottal Al-Quran. The nursing implementations are Circulation Care (I.02079), Peripheral Sensation Management (I.06195) and a combination of buerger allen exercise and Murottal Al-Quran. The results of the nursing evaluation for the five patients showed a significant decrease in the value of CRT 1-2 after 5 clients received a combination of buerger allen exercise and Murottal Al-Quran. Recommendation: The results of this nursing care can be used as a reference for the preparation of SOPs for handling ineffective peripheral perfusion in patients with diabetes mellitus using a combination of Buerger Allen exercise and Murottal Al-Quran methods.
