Of the five clients, the fourth client showed the best ability to recognize hallucinations and demonstrate how to rebuke. Recommendation: The results of the case study show that there are variations in the responses of the five care patients after being given the perception stimulation TAK action and the response variations are influenced by several factors, including: the patient's education level, the patient's lack of interest due to low self-esteem.
