Abstract

Background: WHO (2018), the rate of delivery by method of cesarean worldwide has increased by more than 15% of the recommended. The 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) showed that the number of deliveries using the SC method was 17.6% of all deliveries. The area with the highest Sc number is DKI Jakarta 31.3% and the lowest is Papua 6.7%. In Central Java, delivery by Sectio Caesarea (SC) in 2011 amounted to 32.3%. Childbirth is the process of releasing a baby and its placenta that has been able to survive outside the mother's womb either vaginally or by CS, perform early mobilization and is afraid of abdominal pain. Pain is a feeling of discomfort that arises as a result of damage to body tissues or other things Purpose: giving nursing care and complementary therapy, early mobilization therapy to reduce pain level of patients with Post SC. Method: The nurse gave nursing care to five patients who were experiencing Post SC who have pain. They were inpatient on Gladiol Room dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo Hospitaland and it was conducted within three days. The patients got pharmacology and non-pharmacology, the nurse combined Early Mobilization therapy and analgesic drugs to reduce patients’ pain levels. Early Mobilization therapy was applied. Result: During three days, patients’ pain level was measured by pain rating scale and it can reduce within moderate levels (1-2 digits) after getting combination of pharmacology and non-pharmacology pain management. Recommendation: Combination of pharmacology and non-pharmacology pain management can reduce pain levels of patients who getting acute pain
