Patients who experience dyspepsia are often accompanied by pain or discomfort in the abdomen. Pain is a form of discomfort that can be experienced by everyone. Pain can be a warning to an actual or potential threat. However, pain is subjective and highly individual. One of the non-pharmacological methods in pain management is using guided imagery. The tools in this study were the nursing care format, Nursing Kit, SOP guide imagery relaxation and the acute pain symptom assessment format. Presentation of data that the author does by drawing conclusions based on subjective and objective data, which is presented in the documentation method and nursing care resume Results: The results of the study showed that all five patients had the same chief complaint of acute pain. Priority nursing diagnoses in Patients I-V were acute pain as evidenced in the five patients who complained of pain on a scale of 6. The results of the nursing evaluation in Patients I-V showed a decrease in the pain scale after the guide imagery relaxation was carried out in dyspeptic patients with acute pain. Patient 1 experienced a decrease in pain scale 1. Patient II experienced a decrease in pain scale 2. Patient III experienced a decrease in pain scale 1. Patient IV experienced a decrease in pain scale 2. Patient V experienced a decrease in pain scale 1.
