Abstract
The general objective of writting a scientific paper is to provide an overview of nursing care with the problem fulfilling the needs of safety and comfort in tumor thigh. In the assessment data obtained wound in the right thigh, since three months ago before entering the hospital, do not heal, enlarged and smelled. Wound using gauze bandage on his right thigh, appears oozes red bandages, wound looks red, smelling. In the discussion of nursing problems that arise are acute pain associated with injury to biological agents. Intervention and implementation has been done in the form of assessing pain, wound care, teaching non-pharmacological techniques, handhled fingers and provide therapeutic collaboration. In the evaluation conducted over three days, the pain is resolved so it is necessary to control pain in oder to prevent recurring pain. From the data obtained can be concluded way of reducing pain in a way more effective techniques for handheld finger grips will deliver dots exit and entry of energy located on our finger so that the pain will be reduced because the fingers grasp the emotions will be controlled and with stand pain.
