Abstract

Background : The high number of people with hypertension in 2021 is 54.6%. The frequency of hypertension by gender was 59.4 for men and 43.2 for women. How to reduce hypertension, including using cucumber juice therapy Objective : Describing family nursing care at the stage of development of the elderly using the cucumber juice therapy method Methods : This scientific paper is descriptive analytic with a case study approach. Data obtained through assessment, interview, observation Results : After cucumber juice therapy, the blood pressure decreased in 3 patients from 172/89.6 mmHg to 156.6/76.6 mmHg, which means that the blood pressure in 3 patients decreased significantly. Recommendation : Cucumber juice therapy can be applied at home or in society in general to overcome the problem of hypertension
