Abstract

Background: Disturbance Hallucinations are a loss of one's ability to distinguish between what is real and what is not real. Signs and symptoms that appear laugh alone, talking alone, angry without because, can hurt herself alone even other people, views eye easy switch as well as the difficulty concentrate. Therapy reading the Qur'an as one of the spiritual healing for reduce signs and symptoms hallucination hearing. Objective: Describing of nursing care by reciting Quran therapy on the patients of perceptive sensory disruption: to reduce the signs and symptoms on the patients of hearing hallucination. Method: creation write scientific this with method descriptive, for 5 days meeting with time 10 – 20 minutes to three patient as well as data collection with interviews observations, and document use sheet assessment signs and symptoms hallucination hearing as well as give therapy read the Qur'an with the tool. Result: Evaluation carried out existence drop signs and symptoms hallucination hearing in patient 1 score 10 to 2 decreased this is because existence other factors such as Support from family as well as patient diligent drink medication , patient 2 scores 9 to 2 because patient get therapy pharmacology , whereas in patient 3 the score from 12 to 7 decreased in patient 3 more more a little of 2 patients before because patient still often alone difficult for drink medicine. Recommendation: Reciting Quran therapy can be one of spiritual therapies on the patient of hearing hallucination and committed when the patient returns to home.
