Abstract

Background: Judging from the high rate of diabetes which reaches 105-60% of the number of patients with diabetes mellitus and pervasive foot injuries in individuals with diabetes mellitus are very high with the number of cases from 9.1 million to 26.1 million victims every year. Individuals with diabetes mellitus have a 15-25% risk of developing diabetic foot ulcers. Ways to reduce pain include using diabetic foot exercise therapy Purpose : Describing How the Picture of Ineffective Tissue Perfusion Nursing Care in Diabetes Mellitus Patients in Sidamulya Village Methods: This scientific paper is a descriptive analytic with a case study approach. Data obtained through assessment, interviews, observations Results: After doing diabetic foot exercise therapy, it was found that the change in the frequency of pain in 3 patients decreased on average with an initial score of 6 to 3 Recommendation: The diabetic foot exercise method can be applied in hospitals or the community in general to treat high blood sugar levels
