Abstract

Background:The baby's gross motor development occurs gradually according to the baby's age, the increase motor development is influenced by one of them from external stimulation, the better the stimulation received by the baby, it will increase motor development abilities such as the ability to lift the head, sit, and walk. Suboptimal gross motor development will have an impact on movement disorders, social-emotional and cognitive language to help optimize the increase motor development, some stimulation can be done, one of which is baby massage. Objective:The method used by the author in this research was descriptive analytical method with case study type. Method:The method used by the author in this study is a descriptive analytical method with a case study type. Conclusion:There is an increase in gross motor development in infants after baby massage.
