Abstract
Background: Channa striata fish has a high albumin protein, and has many benefits. Thi kind of protein has some benefits, such as to heal burns and surgery wounds, including post-caesarean wound. Post-caesarean mother must pay attention the intake of high-protein food for the healing process. For example, by consuming channa striata fish extract. Method: This scientific paper is a qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. The data was obtained by having interview and oberation. The data analysis was done by redution, presentation, and conclusion. Objective: This study was to find out the effectiveness of channa striata fish extract in accelerating the wound healing after cesarean surgery in private midiwifery clinic of Midwife Suryati at Bumirejo, Puring, Kebumen. Results : After having capsules of channa striata fish extract for 6 days, the wound was fine in less than 10 days. Conclusion: Channa striata fish extract can help accelerate wound healing when given at the right time and dose. The wound healing process is influenced by several factors, in accordance with the conditions experienced by a person.
