Abstract

Background: Head injury is a traumatic disorder of brain function which is accompanied or not accompanied by interstitial bleeding in the substance of the brain without being accompanied by a break in the continuity of the brain. One of the causes of head injuries is due to a collision accident, which can result in changes or psychological changes, and the most fatal result is death. In patients with head injury, somatic signs or symptoms can be left, in the form of headache. One form of non-pharmacological pain management is a distraction technique, namely by listening to the murrotal Qur'an. Murrotal Al-Qur'an is an audio distraction by listening to the holy verses of the Qur'an, the Qur'an provides benefits and elixir for someone who experiences anxiety, despair, and anxiety Purpose: to explain nursing care about the provision of complementary Murrotal Al-Qur'an therapy namely to reduce pain scale in patients, with acute pain nursing problems Research Methods: The case study design in this study is a descriptive method with a case study approach. Types of case studies used in nursing care for patients with mild head injury with acute pain nursing problems with murrotal therapy ar rahman's letter. Nursing Care Results: The results of innovative nursing actions with murrotal technique of ar rahman's letter for minor head injury patients who experience acute pain indicate a decrease in scale. pain from moderate to mild category, this shows that murrotal surah Arrahman is effective as a complementary therapy in reducing acute pain Recommendations: For further researchers, it is expected to examine the use of other nonpharmacological therapies to overcome acute pain problems in CKR patients.
