Abstract

Background: The family has several stages of development that will be passed, one of which is the stage of family development with teenagers. Families with adolescent developmental stages are when the first child passes the age of 13 years, the fifth stage of the family life cycle begins. This stage lasts from 6 to 7 years, although this stage can be shorter if the child leaves the family early or longer if the child remains at home until he is 19 or 20 years old. Puberty in adolescent girls is marked by menstruation (menarche). General Objective: To explain the analysis of nursing care at the stage of family development of dysmenorrheal adolescents with nursing problems of readiness to increase family coping using rose aromatherapy education in Karang Pakis Village. Method: This research uses descriptive research method. The research subject is a family with a stage of adolescent development with dysmenorrhea a total of 5 families Nursing Care Outcomes: After applying nursing innovations in providing rose aromatherapy education, it was found that the five respondents experienced a decrease in the pain scale in dysmonorrhoea with a moderate initial pain scale (4-6) to a mild pain scale (1-3). Recommendation: Future researchers are expected to be able to examine the use of rose aromatherapy to reduce pain in postoperative patients.
