Abstract
Background: Good nurse performance is the hope of all patients. Nurse performance is influenced by various factors, including organizational climate and burnout. Objective: To determine the relationship between organizational climate and burnout with the performance of nurses in RSUD dr. Sudirman Kebumen. Methods: The research method was correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was 58 nurses, and they were taken by consecutive sampling. The respondents' data was obtained by the instruments. Data were analyzed descriptively and correlatively and used the Kendal thau test. Result: Organizational climate in RSUD dr. Sudirman Kebumen was in a good category (77.6%), whereas burnout at RSUD dr. Sudirman Kebumen was in the heavy category (82.8%). On the other hand, the performance of nurses in RSUD dr. Sudirman Kebumen was in good category (100.0%). There was a relationship between organizational climate and the performance of nurses in RSUD dr. Sudirman Kebumen (p = 0.004). Conclusion: There was no relationship between burnout and the performance of nurses in RSUD dr. Sudirman, Kebumen. Kendal Thau test results obtained a value (p = 0.059).
