Postterm pregnancy can result in both mother and fetus including perineal trauma to the mother and macrosomia to the fetus. Research Objectives: Knowing the relationship between age, parity, education, previous postterm pregnancy history with postterm pregnancy at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Research Methods: This research is an analytical study with a case control design. The data for this study were obtained from the medical records of maternity mothers at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital in 2021 with a sample size of 94. Sampling used the purposive sampling method and the calculation of data analysis using the chi square test. Research Results: The results of the analysis of age (p = 0.002 < 0.05), parity (p = 0.000 < 0.05), education (p = 0.000 < 0.05), and previous postterm pregnancy history (p = 0.030 < 0.05) which means it has a relationship with postterm pregnancy. Conclusion: There is a relationship between age, parity, education, history of postterm pregnancy with postterm pregnancy. Recommendation: Next researchers are expected to develop risk factors for postterm pregnancy such as risk factors for obesity, heredity, and history of ANC that can affect postterm pregnancy with different research designs.
