Stroke clearly can impact on upper extremity dysfunction. From this upper extremity dysfunction comes the problem of nursing impaired physical mobility. One of the rehabilitations that can be given to stroke patients is range of motion exercises or commonly known as Range Of Motion (ROM) Cylindrical grip General Purpose: Explain the analysis of nursing care giving ROM cylindrical grip in stroke patients with nursing problems impaired physical mobility in the Multazam Room, PKU Hospital Muhammadiyah Gombong. Results of Nursing Care: The results of the evaluation of nursing in stroke patients showed that nursing problems interfered with physical mobility after being given Range Of Motion Cylindrical Grip found that four respondents experienced an increase in upper extremity muscle strength with an increase of 1 point and 1 response did not experience an increase in muscle strength (still). Recommendation: For future researchers, it is hoped that they can examine the provision of Range Of Motion Power Grip to address the problem of impaired physical mobility in stroke patients
