Abstract

Background : asthma is a complex inflamatory disease and control clinicial and phisiological changes is asthmatic patients. Asthma sufferers are dendent on drugs and breathing apparatus if they have an asthma attack as a heterogeneous disease, asthma is characterized by chronic inflammation of the respiratory tract, the typycal synptoms if asthma are wheezing, shorteness of breath, chest tidhtness, cough that occurs at nufht and asthmatic pattiens experience airflow limitation. Objektive : to describe nursing care for sleep pattern disorders in bronchial asthma pattients whit the provision of progresive muscle relaxation therapy at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong. Metode : this study used descriptive a method, the proces of collecthing data using data interview techniques, observation and documentation in the form of nursingcare. Respondents in this study wehe 3 adult or elderly pattients dosolder. The alanysis and presentation of the data in this ressearth is using narrative therapy. Conclusion : progressive muscle relaxation therapy in the three PSQI pattients decreased, in patients with broncial asthma with the of Ny. D 6, Ny. W 7, Ny D 6.
