Abstract
Background: Nasyiatul Aisyiyah cadres are cadres in the stages of adolescent development, early adulthood, middle adulthood. In this phase, there are various psychological problems, namely psychological problems found during carrying out tasks. Objectives: To find out the psychological condition of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah cadres as agents of change for the Muhammadiyah cadre movement at the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Regional Leadership, Kebumen Regency. Methods: This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Sampling using accidental sampling technique and obtained as many as 67 respondents. Data were collected using a Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. Results: The results of the study obtained characteristics consisting of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah cadre delegates from PDNA Kebumen (16.4%), cadre age in the middle adult range (56.7%), cadre education at S1 level (52.2%), cadre status is married (already have children) (61.2%), cadre profession as a teacher (28.4%), normal cadre depression level is (50.7%). anxiety level of normal cadres as many as (40.3%), and the stress level of normal cadres is (67.2%). Conclusion : The levels depression, anxiety, and stress of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Kebumen cadres are in the normal category. Recommendation: For the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Organization, the results of this study can be used as basic data for further action to strengthen cadres
