Abstract
Background: Chronic kidney disease that is something condition where kidney no could operate function normally . On kidney that has chronic , will experience drop function kidney by slowly . Client chronic kidney disease experience dependency lifetime life to tool hemodialysis result in happening change on condition physique and psychological like low self esteem situational , helpless and desperation. General purpose: Analyze results from care nursing patient chronic kidney disease with problem nursing price self low situational with apply therapy combination affirmation positive at Margono Hospital Soekarjo Purwokerto. Method: Using method descriptive with approach studies case . Amount samples taken 5 patients. Conducted with 5 clients .The first meeting until to four do therapy generalist SP 1-4 and the fifth meeting to do therapy combination positive affirmation. Therapy conducted with 5x encounters . Instruments used assessment psychosocial , Rosenberg self-esteem instrument , sheet observation ability patient in To do action therapy. Nursing care results: Result evaluation sign symptom price self low on patient after conducted action nursing therapy generalist and therapy positive affirmation obtained client with enhancement price self highest on K4 with yield 28 (70%) High . For ability To do action nursing highest generalist (SP) on K4 with the increase is 4 (100%) High and ability To do affirmation positive highest on K4 with the increase is 5 (100%) High. Conclusion : Nursing care on patient self low situational with action positive affirmation on patient chronic kidney disease in Prof.Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital could concluded patient chronic kidney disease experience drop sign and symptom low self-esteem and experience enhancement draft self and enhancement ability in to do therapy generalist and therapy positive affirmation Recommendation: Health workers can apply generalist therapy and positive affirmation to improve self-esteem patients with chronic kidney failure in hospitals.
