Progressive Muscle Relaxation action is given every morning for 5 consecutive days. The instruments used are standard operating procedures for Progressive Muscle Relaxation, blood pressure observation sheets and sphygmomanometers. Results: This case study uses a descriptive method. The subject of the case study was conducted on 5 elderly clients with hypertension in the village of Bonjoklor Bonorowo. Progressive Muscle Relaxation action is given every morning for 5 consecutive days. The instruments used are standard operating procedures for Progressive Muscle Relaxation, blood pressure observation sheets and sphygmomanometers.
