Abstract

Rizquna shop in Panjer is a retailer that sells basic needs and household needs. The service quality is an important factor for Rizquna Store to improve the market and to build the company’s image. Based on the head of the shop’s information there was a significant decrease of visitors in the last 4 months 2021 to 10.000 visitors, the contributing factor is the quality of service needs to be improved. The method used in this research is service quality and analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The research aims are to identify service quality and design to improve design strategies at Rizquna Stores. The results of the descriptive analysis identified problems in ten variables, including easy to find products 3.08, specious parking area 3.36, meticulous employees in serving customers 3.00, employ quickly and accurately serving customer 3.36, affordable product prices 3.18, responsive employees giving explanations to customers 3.08, cheap employees smile 3.17, secure parking 3.16, attentive employee 3.37 and friendly employee to customer 3.36. The results of the analysis using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method of improvement process according to the ranking starting from the high value are updating the label for the type of goods and price with a score of 0.374 and finally adding parking attendants with a score of 0.063.
