Abstract
Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is the most complicated infectious disease problem in various global countries, one of which is Indonesia. The success of the control program is illustrated by one of the Case Detection Rate (CDR) indicators. The high and low rate of finding cases of pulmonary TB is influenced by the performance of all program managers of P2TB (TB Disease Control) or called TB Programmers. However, several factors can affect programmers in achieving CDR targets Purpose: To analyze the relationship between TB programmers and the achievement of the TB CDR (Case Detection Rate) target. Method: this is a quantitative type with an analytical approach, a sample of all TB programmers at the Kebumen District Public Health Center, a total of 35 people with a total sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test. Results: the majority of respondents were aged 36-45 years (57.1%), female (77.1%), had a D3 education history (80.0%), and had received training once (62.9%). There is no significant relationship between education with Pv 0.791 and training with Pv 0.593 and achieving the CDR (Case Detection Rate) Tuberculosis target. There is a significant relationship between the knowledge factor with Pv 0.001 and motivation with Pv 0.006 and the achievement of the TB CDR (Case Detection Rate) target. Conclusion: Factors related to achieving the CDR (Case Detection Rate) target for tuberculosis are knowledge and motivation. Meanwhile, education and training factors are not related to the achievement of the TB CDR (Case Detection Rate) target. Recommendation: For TB Programmers to increase their knowledge of the CDR method and motivation so that TB case findings are maximized.
