Abstract
Background Hypertensive patients wich experienced pain in the head due to narrowing of blood vessels and reduced oxygen supply. The action taken to reduce the intensity of pain is by applying a combination of Slow Deep Breathing therapy and murotal Al Qur'an therapy. Objective This Scientific Paper implements proper and correct nursing care in hypertensive patients with complaints of head pain. Method This Scientific Paper is descriptive analytic with a case study approach of 3 patients using the application of a combination of Slow Deep Breathing therapy and murotal qur'an therapy for 3 visits With 25 minutes. Data in obtain through assessment, observation and examination the vitals. The subjects were 3 patients with the same problem. Result After the application of combination of slow deep breathing therapy and murotal the qur' an have seen a decrease in pain. Recommendation In hypertensive patients the authors applied a combination of Slow Deep Breathing therapy and murotal qur'an therapy to lower pain intensity.
