Abstract
Background: Risk of violent behavior is a condition of a person who is at risk of harming themselves and others physically, emotionally and sexually. One of the efforts to deal with violent behavior is with generalist therapy and spiritual ablution therapy. General Objective: Describing nursing care of behavioral risk violence through spiritual ablution therapy in Sempor Community Health Center 1 Area. Method: This scientific paper uses a descriptive research design with a case study approach to 3 clients at risk of violent behavior who have met the inclusion criteria. This therapy is carried out for 6 routine visits to the client's home with approximately 30 minutes using mental nursing care format instruments, action SOPs, activity schedules, symptom sheets, ability sheets before and after action. Results: Based on nursing care provided to 3 RPK clients through generalist therapy focusing on SP 4, namely spiritual ablution therapy for 6 meetings, the results obtained by client 2 show a decrease in the most symptomatic signs with an initial score of 8 to 0 percentage of 100% and the highest ability increase with a percentage of 100%. And the least symptomatic decrease was experienced by client 1 with an initial score of 14 to 9 percentage 36% and the lowest ability increase with a percentage of 30%. Conclusion: Providing generalist therapy and spiritual ablution therapy effectively reduces signs of violent behavior symptoms and effectively improves the client's ability to take action.. Recommendation: Generalist therapy and spiritual ablution therapy are recommended with clients at risk of violent behavior.
