If the stroke is not treated quickly it can cause nerve death caused by blockage of blood vessels. The nursing diagnosis that arises in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients is the risk of ineffectiveness of cerebral tissue perfusion. Nonpharmacological management is carried out to overcome muscle weakness and lower blood pressure with the application of slow stroke back massage therapy. Research objective: The purpose of this case study is to determine nursing care in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients including nursing assessment, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Method: This research uses the case study method by collecting interviews, observations and literature studies. Results: After the application of nonpharmacological therapy slow stroke back massage in stroke patients obtained results from a decrease in blood pressure of less than 10mmHg in all three patients. Conclusion: The final evaluation is that the patient feel better by decreasing blood pressure. Recommendation: Slow Stroke Back Massage technique to lower blood pressure.
