Abstract
Background: Stroke is a condition of rapidly developing clinical sign of focal and global neurological deficits. These last in 24 hours or more and can lead to death caused by vascular, not by other obvious causes. Non-pharmacological therapy can be applied to overcome physical mobility disorders by applying ball grip therapy. By doing so, it can increase hand strength so that it can be measured. Objective: Providing an overview of nursing care for stroke patients in meeting the needs of physical mobility disorders. Method: This scientific paper is a descriptive with a case study approach. The respondents were 3 patients with Non-hemorrhagic stroke. Data was obtained through interviews and observations. Result: After having ball grip therapy, there was an increase in muscle strength of all three respondents with a value of 1 score. Recommendation: Non-hermorrhagic stroke can be overcome by applying ball grip therapy to increase muscle strength.
