Abstract

Background: Every operation caesarea causing increased pain. The pain felt by post partum mothers can cause physical trauma that was intentional or unintentional causing the mother to be reluctant to move. Early mobilization can reduce pain periodically and train the mother's independence, non-techniquepharmacological that can be applied to reduce pain was relaxation techniques regularly and correctly. Objective: Writing this scientific paper was to provide an overview of nursing care for the application of early mobilization to address the problem of impaired physical mobility. Research methods: This scientific writing used a descriptive case study method. The subject was motherafter delivery by caesarean section the first time. Case Study Results: After implementing early mobilization on the motherpost partun SC Mother's independence has increased and was useful for accelerating the process of wound healing. Conclusion: The application of early mobilization was effectively applied to post partum sc mothers to increase independence.
