Abstract
Background: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a kidney function problem that is intolerant and difficult to recover due to comorbid disorders, vascular disease, obstructive neuropathy, parasite infections, or glomerular abnormalities. One of these is kidney illness, which is the 10th leading cause of death worldwide. Objective: To investigate anxiety nursing care for patients with chronic kidney disease at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Method: This study used a descriptive case study design. Five CKD patients with anxiety disorders participated in the case study. Data collection methods include observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Results: According to the findings of this study, 60% of CKD patients did not suffer anxiety, and as many as 20% had decreased from moderate anxiety to mild anxiety. The average anxiety reduction score in CKD patients was 4.7 points. Conclusion: Al Qur'an Surah Ar Rahman murottal therapy is effective in reducing anxiety levels in CKD patients.
