Abstract
Data analisys: Mrs T the age of 55 years with a diagnosis of nefrolitiasis of the result of the assesment obtained pain wores when moving and reduces pain at rest as in tap tap in the waist left without pain arsing from the fata obtained nursing problems of acute pain associated with injuri to biological agents. Background: urinary tract stones is a pathologicial condition in which there is a mass like a stone formed in the urinary trach. Nursing diagnosis: acute pain associated with injury to biological agents (low back pain due to kidney stones), disruption of sleep patterns associated with pain (disease process), lack of knowledge related to the lack of information about the disease Intervention: pain comprehensively monitor (PQRS) teaches nonpharmacological methods such as deep breathing, perform measurements of vital signs, collaboration analgesics, encourage clients to adequate rest, give pndidikan health of kidney stone disease . Evaluation: pain problem overcomed from skala of pain with 5 become to 2 Recommendation: Distraction and Relaxation to reduce pain
