Abstract
Background: Mental disorders are mental health disorders that are experienced by someone who has a disorder in physical, mental and behavioral conditions. Hallucinations in schizophrenic patients occur due to changes in thought processes. Efforts to manage hallucinations are by using non-pharmacological methods of general therapy with murottal Al-Quran therapy. Objective: Analyzing psychiatric nursing care with auditory hallucinations using a combination of generalist therapy and murattal al-Quran therapy at Karanganyar Health Center. Method: This type of research is descriptive with a case study approach. The number of samples was five patients. The tools in this research are the nursing care format, the Murottal Al-Quran SOP and the hallucination symptom assessment format and ability sheet. The research was conducted over five meetings with each meeting lasting fifteen minutes. Data analysis was carried out in the form of frequency tables and presentations. Results of nursing care: The results of the study showed that the five patients had the same problem, namely hallucinations. The priority nursing diagnosis is hallucinatory sensory perception disorder. The interventions carried out were rebuke training and murottal therapy. The results of applying generalist rebuke therapy and murottal therapy in patients with hallucinations experienced a reduction in signs and symptoms with an average score of (37.5%). And increased ability on average (100%). The greatest decrease was in patient 4 with a score (50%). Recommendation: Generalist rebuke therapy and Al-Quran murottal therapy can be recommended to reduce signs and symptoms of hallucinations and increase the ability to control hallucinations.
