Abstract
Background: The Number of cases of BTA+ pulmonary TB in Banjarnegara Regency will increase by 441 in 2021 compared to 2020 of 656 cases.Banjarnegara District Health office knows 2021.According to information Wanayasa 1 Health Center area,there were 17 cases of tuberculosis in the Wanayasa 1 Health Center area in 2021,up from cases in 2020.In addition, the Wanayasa 1 Health Center has a 92 % success rate for Tuberculosis treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication in pulmonary Tb patiens in the working area of the Wanayasa 1 Health Center. Methods: The research design used in the study is Cross Sectional.this research method uses a total sampling of 32 respondents.Bivariaate analysis in this study is by chi Square. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between family support and medication adherence in pulmonary TB patiens with p-value:0.002.it was found that 29 respondents (90%) stated that the family provided support for medication adherence. Conclusion: It is hoped that future research further research can be carried out using an open questionnaire so that respondents provide answers according to the truth instead of giving answers based on the choices contained in the questionnaire.
