Abstract
Background: Stroke is a disease that causes the most disabilities in the form of limb paralysis, speech disorders, memory thought processes, and other forms of disability as a result of impaired brain function. The prevalence in Indonesia of stroke is the disease with the largest cause of death, which is around 15.4% of deaths. General Objective: Explain the analysis of nursing care for the provision of ROM cylindrical grip and ROM Spherial Grip in stroke patients with nursing problems with physical mobility disorders at RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Method: The method of data collection in research is usually used to obtain data or information needed in case studies. There are two types of data obtained in this method, namely raw data or auxiliary data. Results: The results of a study that has been conducted on five respondents who had a stroke obtained data that the five respondents experienced a decrease in muscle strength in the upper and lower extremities and had problems with impaired physical mobility. The nursing intervention carried out is the provision of ROM cylindrical grip and ROM Spherial Grip. After implementation for three days, it was found that the administration of ROM Cylindrical Grip and ROM Spherial Grip therapy was very effective in increasing upper extremity muscle strength in stroke patients. Recommendation: For patients and families are expected to do non-phaamacological therapy exercises ROM cylindrical grip and ROM Spherial Grip.
