Abstract
Background: Stroke is a physical disorder that arises suddenly due to blood circulation in the brain. Stroke can cause various levels of disturbance, such as weakness on one side of the body caused by a decrease in muscle tone, so that one is unable to move the body or what is commonly called immobilization. Various programs have been developed for the rehabilitation of post-stroke clients, one of which is ROM using a rubber ball Objective: Conduct nursing care for non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with impaired physical mobility at Prof dr Margono Soekarjo Hospital, Purwokerto Method: The research method is a case report. The subjects of this study were 5 stroke patients with impaired physical mobility. The tools in this study were the format of nursing care, Nursing Kit, observation of signs of ineffectiveness of physical mobility disorders, and SOP ROM using a rubber ball. Presentation of data by the author by drawing conclusions based on subjective and objective data, which are presented in the method of documentation and nursing care resumes Results: The results of the case studies in the three patients had the same main complaint, namely limb weakness where Client I experienced weakness of the right limbs. Client II has left limb weakness. Client III has left limb weakness. Client IV experienced weakness of the right limbs. Client V has weakness in the right limb. The priority diagnosis in Patients I-V is impaired physical mobility associated with decreased muscle strength. Interventions and implementations that have been carried out on Patients I-V are Mobilization Support (I.05173) and the application of an active range of motion and a rubber ball grip. Evaluation results after nursing actions for 3 days in Patients I-V nursing problems impaired physical mobility associated with decreased muscle strength resolved with indications that patients I-V said limb weakness slightly improved Conclusion: Impaired physical mobility is resolved with indications that patients I-V say the weakness of the limbs has improved slightly.
