Background:Sectio Caesarea is a surgical delivery process where incisions are made in the mother’s stomach and uterus, if the condition of the fetus is disturbed. In post caesarean section patients, the problem that often arises is pain. Pain not only bothers the mother, but also has an effect on the bby. General Objective: To explain nursing care providing kneading technique therapy to post caesarean section patients with acute pain nursing problems. Methods:Scientific writing using descriptive case studies with 5 patient respondents. Nursing Care Results:The results of the five patients showed nursing problems that emerged as acute pain. The outcome criteria use pain level, interventions used for pain management, evaluation of pain measures that have been resolved. All patients before being given kneading technique therapy experienced severe, moderate pain and after being given kneading technique therapy it became mild pain. Recommendation:Kneading technique therapy is effective in reducing pain in post caesarean section patients.
