Background: Diabetes mellitus causes changes in the body's ability to react to insulin which decreases, which can cause complications of Peripheral Artery Diselasis (PAD) which can reduce blood circulation in the legs. Sedentary activity is low physical activity, sedentary behavior and can reduce carbohydrate metabolism so that oxygen cannot ultimately reduce blood vessel function. Research objective: to determine whether there is a relationship between sedentary activity and leg circulation in diabetes mellitus patients at KRT Setjonegoro Hospital, Wonosbo. Research Method: Quantitative method with cross sectional, statistical tests used Spearman correlation with a sample size of 63 respondents. Research results: research results show a relationship between sedentary activity and leg circulation in diabetes mellitus patients at RSUD KRT Setjonegoro Wonosobo, namely a p value of 0.001 indicating a correlation with other variables, the analysis results are 0.706 which indicates a strong correlation between the two variables. Conclusion: In this study there was a relationship between sedentary activity and leg circulation in diabetes mellitus patients. Recommendations for future researchers: It is hoped that future research will use time, energy and be as efficient as possible and involve families in this research.
