Abstract

Background, Integrated development post on non-communicable diseases is a form of community participation to carry out early detection activities, as well as monitoring risk factors for non-communicable diseases, and follow-up actions that are carried out in an integrated, routine and periodic manner. The background of this research is the number of people who do not visit to the PTM’s integrated development post. The behavior of someone who visits to the PTM’s integrated development post is determined by several factors including gender and the support of community leaders. The purpose of the study, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gender factors and community figure support to the visit of PTM’s Integrated development post at the Regional Integrated Service Unit work area of Sampang Community Health Center. The research method, the method of this research is quantitative, with observational analytic, with a cross sectional study design. This analysis technique uses chisquare. The results of the study, the results of this study showed that there was a relationship between gender and community figure support with PTM’s Integrated development post at the Regional Integrated Service Unit work area of Sampang Community Health Center. Conclusion, the conclusion of this study that female have a 4.1 times higher chance to visit PTM’s Integrated development post, and those who get support from community figure support have a 3.8 times higher chance to visit PTM’s Integrated development post Recommendations, Community Health Center makes health service efforts directed at comprehensive promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative efforts.
