Abstract
Background:Diabetic foot ulcers are classified as chronic wounds that are difficult to heal. Tissue damage that occurs in diabetic foot ulcers is caused by neurological disorders (neuropathy) and vascular in the legs. These disorders do not directly cause diabetic foot ulcers, but are preceded by a mechanism of decreasing pain sensation, callus formation, decreased blood flow that carries oxygen and nutrients to the tissues. The moist wound healing technique is a wound handling technique by keeping the wound moist so that it can facilitate cell movement in the wound, and can speed up the granulation process by 40% compared to a dry wound. General purpose:apply Treatment of Wounds with Methods Moist Wound Healing In Type 2 Diabetic Patients at Hj. Anna Lasmana Banjarnegara. Method: this study uses a descriptive case study design, research that seeks to describe an indication of events that occur at the moment or in actual times. The number of samples in this study were 4 type 2 DM patients with diabetic ulcers Outcomes of nursing care: Final evaluation of nursing actions usingMethod Moist Wound Healingthat is, the patient feels more comfortable, the wound in the patient has changed for the better, namely by showing that the tissue is starting to grow and the wound is starting to improve Recommendation: There is effectiveness in the treatment of foot ulcers in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by usingMethod Moist Wound Healing.
