Abstract
Background: Congestive heart failure is the leading cause of death after stroke. Pasen realized that the heart is a very important organ, and when the heart begins to be damaged, health will be threatened so that patients will be concerned with anxiety, consequently affecting sleep quality. Objective: To determine the relationship between anxiety level and sleep quality in CHF patients at RSUD KRT SETJONEGORO WONOSOBO This :P research method is a descriptive research correlation with the Cross Sectional approach. The sempel used consisted of 126 respondents using the Purposive Sampling Technique, using the slovin formula.The independent variable of this study was the level of anxiety, while the dependent variable was the quality of sleep. The results of the study :D with the highest age range at the age of 61-70 years as many as 56 patients (44.4%). respondents in this study were mostly having final primary school education as many as 39 respondents or 31.0%. The majority of respondents experienced anxiety with moderate anxiety categories. The majority of respondents experienced fairly good sleep quality. Conclusion: Based on the results of bivariate analysis, the relationship between anxiety level and sleep quality CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) patients at KRT Setjonegoro Wonosobo Hospital has a positive correlation, where the lower the level of anxiety, the better the quality of sleep. Based on research that researchers have done, P-value results of 0.000 < 0.05 can be concluded that there is a relationship between anxiety and sleep quality of CHF patients. Recommendations for future researchers: Develop research on similar topics in congestive heart failure patients
