Abstract

Background: This scientific paper is based on data obtained from various literature sources which state that deep breathing relaxation therapy combined with murotal listening is a non-pharmacological therapy. This therapy can be used to overcome the problem of ineffective cerebral perfusion risk in hypertensive patients. Objective: To describe nursing care for hypertensive patients with the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion in Selokerto Village, Kec. Sempor Methods: This paper is an analytical description with a case study approach. Data obtained through observation and interviews. The participants were 3 hypertensive patients. Results: After doing therapy exercises for 3 days, it was found that there was a decrease in blood pressure and signs and symptoms that appeared in the three patients. Conclusion: Deep breathing and murotal relaxation therapy are effective for lowering blood pressure and reducing signs and symptoms in hypertensive patients Recommendation: Patients are advised to continue self therapy independently at home to control blood pressure and prevent signs and symptoms from reappearing
