Abstract

Background: People who experience disturbances in thoughts, behavior and feelings which are manifested in the form of a collection of symptoms or significant changes in behavior, and can cause suffering and obstacles in carrying out the person's functions as a human being. Purpose: Analyze nursing problems that arise in clients at risk of violent behavior using Peplau's interpersonal relations nursing theory at the Dosarasa Kebumen shelter Research Method: Explaining nursing care for patients at risk of violent behavior using the peplau interpersonal relationship nursing theory approach at the Dosaraso Shalter, Kebumen Research Results: The evaluation results show that the diagnosis of the risk of violent behavior problem has been resolved with indications of a decrease in symptoms of risk of violent behavior and an increase in the ability to manage the risk of violent behavior before and after the implementation of individual therapy strategy treatment. The decrease in signs of risk of violent behavior was highest in Patient I, who experienced a decrease of 10 (76.9%) after treatment with individual therapy implementation strategies. Patient I also experienced the highest increase in ability to manage the risk of violent behavior, namely 75% after individual therapy implementation strategy treatment and 50% after TAK. Conclusion: The evaluation results show that the diagnosis of the risk of violent behavior problem has been resolved with indications of a decrease in symptoms of risk of violent behavior and an increase in the ability to manage the risk of violent behavior before and after treatment with individual therapy implementation strategies. Recommendation: For further nursing care, it is recommended to carry out further studies regarding the root of the problem, especially regarding the risk of violent behavior because in my paper of course there are still many shortcomings
