Abstract

Backgrounds, stroke is a brain reaction when it does not get a blood supply containing oxygen due to blockage or rupture of brain blood vessels, which results in cell or tissue death. According to Riskedas data (2018) in Central Java Province, the percentage reached 11.8%, or around 96,794 people. Stroke patients often experience problems with cerebral perfusion, therefore efforts are needed to overcome this problem, one of which is FAST therapy. Objective, knowing Nursing Care with Nursing Problems, the Risk of Ineffective Cerebral Perfusion by Providing FAST Therapy (Familiar Auditory Sensory Training) in Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke Patients in the ICU of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Method, the method of this research uses a descriptive method with a case approach. Using 5 cases of non-hemorrhagic stroke patients who were similar according to the inclusion criteria, then documented in the form of nursing care. This case study applies FAST therapy as a case intervention, carried out according to the SOP for 3x24 hours with a treatment time of 10 minutes, then the results are an analysis of the patient's general condition and vital signs before and after therapy. The case study was conducted in the ICU of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Result, the results of the implementation in 5 SNH patients, experienced decreased consciousness, with the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion, and the five patients were given the same nursing implementation with 3x24 hour FAST therapy with a treatment time of 10 minutes, the results showed an increase in GCS in patients of 1.2, 4.5 with different levels. Conclusion, the results of implementing nursing innovation by providing Familiar Auditory Sensory Training to five patients can increase the GCS score in patients 1, 2, 4, 5 with different improvement results.
